Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans, accurately estimating resources.
  • Create comprehensive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) plans.
  • Lead and motivate construction teams, ensuring clear communication and high performance.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team to monitor and control project costs.
  • Establish and maintain a quality management system and control plan.
  • Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, and stakeholders for project updates.
  • Interpret technical drawings, tender documents, and contracts effectively.
  • Monitor productivity and progress, ensuring accurate measurement and recording of works.
  • Manage testing of technical components, interpret results, and implement corrective actions.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Construction or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in construction, preferably in management roles.
  • Strong leadership, planning, communication, and commercial skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Sound knowledge of HSE standards and quality control procedures.
