Project Schedule Coordinator

The Project Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the timely completion of projects, working closely with senior colleagues to develop and maintain project schedules.

  • Collaborate with senior team members to create time management plans and ensure on-time delivery performance targets are met.
  • Develop and maintain internal project schedules for designated areas, managing deliverable issuance and facilitating stakeholder synchronization.
  • Contribute to Earned Value Management and participate in validation of project baselines.
  • Ensure consistency across internal and external stakeholders' commitments, managing schedules interfaces.
  • Perform schedule analysis and trade-offs to address identified gaps or issues.
  • Organise and lead regular project schedule sessions, providing timely updates on actual vs baseline performance.
  • Focusing on early identification of potential delays, including risks and margin related to schedule.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of railway products and good understanding of subsystems.
  • Ability to handle multiple schedules simulations, scenarios, and changing project goals.
  • Rigorous, structured, and anticipatory approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent teamworking abilities.
  • Conflict management and multi-tasking expertise.
  • Experience working with industrial and project management processes.
  • Language proficiency in Portuguese and English.
