Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to residents. As an LPN, you will be responsible for promoting the physical and mental health of residents through appropriate nursing processes.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who values being part of a family. They must have current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse, CPR certification, and prior experience in acute care or short-term rehab settings.

Responsibilities

  • Promote resident physical and mental health through proper nursing processes.
  • Coordinate medical services according to regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and direct Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Requirements

  • Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • CPR certification
  • Prior experience in acute care or short-term rehab setting preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours
