We are seeking a skilled Procurement Analyst to join our team at Genpact. As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a critical role in finding the best suppliers to support our business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our procurement processes and systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize procurement needs.
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best possible value for our business.
- Manage the procurement cycle, including creating purchase orders, managing vendor relationships, and resolving queries.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and add value to our business.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
