Event Specialist Role

 We are seeking a self-starting and detail-oriented Event Specialist to manage in-person and virtual events operations for our Analyst Relations team. The Event Specialist will be responsible for supporting the execution of all events work streams, from partnering with corporate teams to managing logistics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily session and speaker logistics, including session details, speaker assignments, and profiles.
  • Schedule sessions, proofread content, and present information effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent experience for analyst community.
  • Develop and implement event strategies to achieve business goals.

 
Requirements

We are looking for an Event Specialist who possesses excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in event management, preferably in a similar role. Key qualifications include:

  • Excellent writer, communicator, and organizer.
  • Demonstrated event management success experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
