**Job Summary**

Adp is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Manager to lead our Access & Identity Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of software solutions that impact millions of people worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead software engineers from multiple scrum teams to design and develop software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Facilitate team work through coaching, guidance, and leadership, ensuring realistic expectations and deadlines are met.
  • Review technical solutions for quarterly initiatives and manage ad-hoc requests as they arise.
  • Identify opportunities to improve day-to-day activities for the major group based on key objectives.
  • Ensure the uncompromising quality of products that impact people's lives.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of software development at scale with microservices and micro-frontend architectures.
  • Knowledge of Java, Spring, Kafka, MongoDB, CI/CD pipelines, and up-to-date technology trends.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle best practices.
