Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

Cahaba Medical Care Foundation is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy and planning. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  2. Lead the finance team in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  3. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
  4. Manage cash flow and implement financial controls.
  5. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of broad finance experience.
  • Proven track record of successful financial management.
  • Expertise in GAAP compliance and audit coordination.
  • Passion for Cahaba Medical Care's Core Cultural Competencies.
