Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Cahaba Medical Care Foundation is a Federally Qualified Health Center with a strong mission to provide high-quality care to diverse underserved communities in Alabama. As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a critical role in leading the organization's financial strategy and ensuring its financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support the organization's growth and mission.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis team to provide strategic financial guidance to the organization.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial leadership and management in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry.
