Technical Support Specialist

Are you a skilled technical professional seeking to advance your career in a dynamic environment? We are looking for an individual with experience in Unix troubleshooting, database management, and incident/problem management.

In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the stability and efficiency of production systems. You will collaborate closely with development teams, operations, and stakeholders to drive quick resolution of incidents and proactive problem management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unix Troubleshooting and Support: Optimize system performance through capacity management and log segmentation.
  • Database Management: Work with RDBMS environments such as Sybase ASE/IQ, Oracle, or DB2.
  • Incident and Problem Management: Manage incidents, problems, and changes within an ITIL framework.
Requirements:
  • Advanced English language skills (global team)
  • Certification in ITIL or relevant frameworks (desired)
  • Exposure to monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques (desired)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure production environments (desired)
