Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Procurement Specialist to oversee the procurement process of aviation parts, equipment, and services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sourcing plans, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes and supplier relationships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings, improve quality, and ensure supply chain resilience.
  • Lead the selection and negotiation process for key suppliers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the procurement of aviation parts, equipment, and services, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including order placement, supplier coordination, and delivery management.
  • Implement best practices and processes to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance, addressing any issues related to delivery, quality, or service.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of supplier performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Oversee inventory levels of aviation parts and equipment to ensure adequate supply and minimize stockouts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement or purchasing within the aviation industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced / Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Excel, Outlook, ERPs, PowerBI
