Job Summary:

The Director of Operations will serve as the ambassador of the brand and the property, driving an engaged team, guest satisfaction, and maximized operating results. This role requires strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and strategic vision to excel in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee and maintain all operational departments to ensure performance at the highest level of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner and adviser across departments, providing input and leadership in setting goals, executing our vision, and enacting changes that will better the business.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional relationship-building skills (people like and respect you), and you make an effort to connect to all stakeholders, establishing and strengthening meaningful connections.
  • Financial Management: A thoughtful operator with an ability to manage both short and long-term financial objectives, adding value and managing outcomes through a balanced lens.
  • Culture Champion: Maintain and champion the Accor Hotels Culture on property.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of market trends, property systems, and standards.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years' operating experience in a similar capacity within a Premium or luxury hotel.
  • Preferably with both Rooms and Food & Beverage experience.
  • Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports, and analysis.
  • Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
