Job Title: Customer Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer acquisition specialist to join our team. As a customer acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers and converting them into clients.

Your primary focus will be on selling and/or renewing contracts through customer engagement, with a strong emphasis on demonstrating the value and benefits of our products or services.

This role involves expertise in market assessments, competitor analysis, and culturally adapted marketing strategies. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective acquisition plans that meet our business objectives.

You will engage with potential clients via various communication platforms, including face-to-face meetings, social media, and digital communications, to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.

In addition to your sales skills, you will also need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sociology, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer acquisition roles, preferably within the Brazilian market or for multinational tech firms
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of the Brazilian digital marketing landscape, including knowledge of social media trends and platforms predominantly used in Brazil
