We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. This role requires a person who is enthusiastic, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct daily inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any issues or faults, reporting them to the relevant staff members.
- Perform technical tasks such as troubleshooting and maintenance of games, rides, and points of sale.
- Clean and maintain the appearance of the facility, adhering to company standards.
- Engage with customers, promoting the use of all available attractions and services.
- Stay informed about current promotions and offers, providing customers with valuable information and advice.
- Process transactions using the Embed system, handling cash, vouchers, and other forms of payment.
- Manage customer queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrate the operation of computerized scoring systems.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, escalating issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and logs throughout the day.
- Ensure the safe operation and evacuation of rides in case of an emergency.
