We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Your Key Responsibilities

">
  • Respond to guest messages and calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Review daily work orders and ensure they are completed prior to guest arrival
  • Coordinate requests with internal teams and colleagues
  • Collect all necessary information for any guest issues and assist in a timely manner
  • Record all notes in each reservation and provide updates as needed
  • Send and follow up payment requests
  • Assist colleagues with quality reports and reviews
  • Assist guests with arrivals and departures
  • Manage door codes and early arrival times and late checkout times
  • Send out photos to guests of multi-unit properties

Your Qualifications

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software
  • Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with financial reports and an understanding of profit and loss statements
  • Bilingual preferred (English and Portuguese)
