Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Customer Experience Manager to lead our support team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the support team's mission and ensure that timely resolutions and meet internal SLA goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Customer Support Associates/Advisors, including holding weekly 1:1 meetings, responding to team member concerns, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Assist the team by taking on support shifts and acting as a player-coach.
  • Develop professional development plans for support team members and ensure exposure to best practices in the customer support industry.
  • Resolve escalated and complex customer issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support management role at a SaaS company.
