Job Title: Cashier and Customer Service Representative

You will handle cash securely, issue receipts and invoices, and maintain control of the cash register.

Your workspace should remain organized, and you should support the team with operational routines, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Opening and closing the cash register, verifying amounts and documents;
  2. Processing payments;
  3. Issuing receipts and invoices;
  4. Providing courteous customer service, clarifying doubts, and directing customers to other departments as needed;
  5. Handling overdue payments and other related routines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
