Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate financial reports to manufacturing results.
  • Prepare and set guidance for month-end journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze variances between forecast, plan, and prior year with division finance business partners.
  • Assist in the annual frozen standard product costs and plant budget process to optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop strong working relationships with North America plant controllers to understand cost drivers and improve decision-making.
  • Support the monthly Plant close and GL maintenance processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Manage the quarterly NA Supply Chain Internal Controls process to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare presentation materials for monthly OGSM, Sector, and forecast cycles to facilitate effective communication.
  • Maintain and improve reporting for total delivered cost and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions.
  • Participate in special projects and respond to ad hoc requests from senior management to drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • At least 4 years of finance and/or accounting experience.
  • Experience in BI, Power BI, and SAP is preferred, as well as working knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Corporate and Supply Chain EPM.
