User Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced UX Design Lead to drive our user-centered design strategies and craft innovative solutions in the fast-evolving crypto and fintech space.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop user experiences for our platforms, ensuring usability and accessibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and user requirements.
- Conduct research and testing to identify customer needs and pain points.
- Translate insights into design strategies and deliver cohesive, innovative user interfaces.
- Partner with developers, product owners, and QA engineers to ensure design specifications are implemented effectively.
- Minimum of 3 years in UX design, ideally with experience leading enterprise or fintech projects.
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Proven track record of delivering successful UX solutions backed by research and testing.
- Excellent understanding of usability principles and user psychology.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX design process and results.
