As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to production-ready UI.
- Design highly valuable products that cater to end-users and align with business objectives.
- Facilitate collaborative workshops with clients and stakeholders to uncover insights, align goals, and define solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Synthesize user research findings and translate them into actionable design strategies and UI solutions.
- Work closely with developers and project managers to deliver high-quality designs that can be easily implemented.
- Bachelor's Degree in Design or similar field.
- At least 7 years of experience designing engaging user experiences for web and mobile.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across all levels.
- English language proficiency is required, as you will be working directly with US-based clients.
