Senior MicroStrategy Developer

MicroStrategy developers are in high demand for their skills in developing, enhancing and supporting business intelligence solutions. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior MicroStrategy Developer.

This role will involve working closely with data architects, business analysts and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality reports, dashboards and visualizations that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of schema objects, metrics, filters, prompts and dashboards, as well as hands-on expertise in MicroStrategy Web, Developer and Mobile.

They will also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, as well as strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities will include designing, developing and maintaining reports, dashboards and visualizations, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables, implementing schema objects, metadata and security roles, conducting performance tuning, troubleshooting and optimization of MicroStrategy applications, and supporting upgrades, migrations and integration with data warehouses and ETL processes.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a MicroStrategy Developer
  • Hands-on expertise in MicroStrategy Web, Developer and Mobile
  • Strong knowledge of schema objects, metrics, filters, prompts and dashboards
  • Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehouse concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
  • MicroStrategy certifications
  • Experience with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
