We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with in-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and system integrations to help develop innovative fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and refine detailed requirements to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Create, prioritize, and manage user stories and work items in collaboration with the team.
- Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Define sprint goals and contribute to product roadmap planning.
- Build strong relationships and manage communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Ensure clear and coordinated communication across technical and business teams.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum practices and Scrum team collaboration.
- Proven experience delivering projects involving integration between two complex systems.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and system integration principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation, refinement, and prioritization techniques.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and autonomous work style, flexibility, and adaptability.
