We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and requirements, identifying solutions, and implementing them using the ServiceNow platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Your primary focus will be on configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet the business needs of our clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from small-scale implementations to large-scale transformations.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT service management principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are also essential.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluent English to host meetings with stakeholders from the USA.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, or KANBAN.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
