Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineering Team Lead to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of junior developers, guiding them in their professional growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring and coaching. They will be able to scale, automate, and operate software solutions, think strategically, and drive business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, web and/or mobile development
  • 2+ years of experience as a technical lead
  • Experience working with Retool platform
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, flexbox, SCSS, SASS, or LESS
  • Proficiency building web components (custom elements, shadow dom)
  • Experience with third-party UI libraries (PrimeVue, Bootstrap, Material UI)
  • Experience with unit testing
  • Experience consuming RESTful APIs
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles, processes, and tools (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Travis CI)
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing and Serverless Architecture, preferably AWS
  • Understanding of agile principles and methodologies
