Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Producer at MediaMonks, you will collaborate with the world's leading brands to conceptualize, strategize, and produce a diverse array of innovative production content, while pushing the boundaries of what is achievable through advanced technologies. We are looking for a Senior Producer who is a pioneer in the field of Experiential, guiding our clients to the forefront of experience design. You will leverage your extensive experience to drive our team towards new innovations in this space. Your role will involve uniting our in-house talent, integrating various disciplines to ensure outstanding work is produced across MediaMonks' global network. You will steer the strategic direction of our offerings, engaging in new briefs and RFPs, and transforming projects into successful outcomes. In this capacity, you will also generate new opportunities by converting pitches into tangible projects, serving as a comprehensive solution provider. As a key facilitator, you will maintain project momentum and act as the primary point of contact for major clients on significant projects. You will navigate uncharted territories in production for innovative projects that leverage new and unique technologies, while maintaining a human-centric approach, ensuring technology serves the client's actual needs. Your passion for real-world interactions combined with digital and physical experiences will be essential. You are a flexible thinker, unafraid of challenges. Our projects span a wide array of formats, from permanent architectural installations and generative art to retail pop-ups, events, and activations. You will be well-versed in discussing all aspects and identifying the right experts for execution.

Beyond project management, you will oversee our talented production teams across Brazil, the United States, and Canada, collaborating with department leads to ensure smooth operations and support the individual success of producers. Working closely with our Creative Director and Technical Director, you will assemble a diverse team of in-house talent to ensure exceptional work is produced throughout the Americas and beyond. You will be responsible for scoping and estimating key projects, as well as scheduling and planning production activities, ensuring projects are profitable, feasible, and award-winning. Additionally, you will compile reports on sales and forecasts. As the link between concept and execution, you will work closely with clients and colleagues globally, maintaining a focus on creative excellence and quality. You are a proactive leader, ready to dive into projects and unite the team to create outstanding digital experiences.

Qualifications

We seek a highly skilled integrated producer with 6-8 years of extensive experience in digital advertising and production, particularly in technology-driven areas such as experiential, web development, and digital content production. A proven track record of delivering complex projects in the experiential domain is essential. Strong technical knowledge of digital production, including experiential events, web UX/UI, platform development, mixed reality, and animation pipelines is required. You should possess a deep understanding of the requirements for executing multifaceted projects and the technical acumen to anticipate and resolve production challenges. Managing multiple projects across various clients and teams necessitates exceptional planning and communication skills. While comfortable in a digital environment, you excel in real-time interactions, motivating teams to achieve results regardless of their location. In essence, you are adept at overcoming challenges and managing tight deadlines with composure.
