We are a global engagement and marketing agency, MCI Group, seeking a skilled Event Producer to join our team. As an Event Producer, you will be responsible for managing event projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management: oversee event projects, including content and breakout sessions, to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
- Client-facing: interact with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Supplier management: coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
- Event operations: develop and manage event operations plans, including schedules, checklists, and vendor negotiations.
- Training and leadership: train and lead on-site freelancers to ensure event success.
Requirements:
- Experience in events management, planning, and production, preferably in corporate events.
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced English and Spanish language skills, with the ability to conduct meetings and create presentations in both languages.
- Process-oriented and organized, with a strong commitment to deadlines.
- Experience with planning tools, such as Planner.
