We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our efforts in strategic development and community engagement.
This role is a critical part of our organization's mission to drive positive change and create a lasting impact. As a Strategic Development and Community Engagement Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that foster strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
You will oversee the management of social programs and projects, ensuring they align with our business objectives and values. This includes planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating initiatives focused on education, income generation, and community resilience.
In addition, you will establish and maintain strategic partnerships with non-governmental organizations, public sector bodies, and other key stakeholders at local and national levels.
Your expertise in cross-sector partnerships and community relations will enable you to build trust and credibility with our stakeholders, ultimately driving sustainable development in the regions where we operate.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of public policies, third-sector regulations, and environmental, social, and governance practices. A proven track record in budget management, impact indicators, and institutional reporting is also essential.
You will work closely with our team to ensure alignment with our global strategy and contribute to the company's vision of transforming raw potential into real progress.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Social Sciences, International Relations, Economics, Public Policy, Communication, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree (desirable) in Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Project Management, or related areas.
- Proven experience in managing social projects, cross-sector partnerships, and community relations.
- Experience with/in third sector organizations as Foundations and Institutes is desirable.
- Knowledge of public policies, third-sector regulations, and ESG practices.
- Budget management skills, impact indicators, and institutional reporting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- English proficiency is required.
