Community Engagement Specialist

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the platform's live chat is compliant with community standards and policies. This position requires a strong understanding of online community management, customer service, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and moderate the platform's live chat in real-time to prevent spam, offensive behavior, and policy violations.
  • Engage with users in a professional and supportive tone, encouraging positive community interaction.
  • Respond promptly to user questions and concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Monitor live streams for compliance with internal guidelines and partnership agreements.
  • Report on irregularities, breaches of conduct, or potential violations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in iGaming, fintech, content moderation, or online community engagement.
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms such as Twitch and YouTube.
  • Proficiency with moderation tools, customer support platforms, and communication systems.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (24/7 rotation).
