We are seeking a skilled coordinator to lead our rides and community initiatives in Brazil and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to grow the rides program, including managing the Royal Enfield Riders Club (RCE) and Royal Enfield Rentals and Tours (TER) programmes at a LATAM Region level.
- Conceptualize and design new rides and events for ride out and ride more (branded events), deploy the pilot and convert the initiative into an SOP for ongoing implementation.
- Define the proof of concept for ride, ride more and ride-pure activities and events and create the SOPs and guidelines.
- Oversee stakeholder development and engagement for both programmes, coaching and mentoring staff in market and sharing best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess project management, event planning, communication skills, community management, and understanding of the motorcycle world. A motorcycle license is required.
