This position plays a crucial role in coordinating human resources activities across various subsystems, including training, remuneration, personnel administration, recruitment, engagement, internal communication, and labor relations.
- Strategically aligning human resources activities with business objectives at local, regional, and global levels.
- Evaluating plans and goals with a macro vision, considering the impacts and consequences of actions.
- Achieving organizational and technological excellence through effective team management and innovation processes.
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with quality, social responsibility, and environmental management systems, as well as maintaining the security and confidentiality of administrative files and data. Additionally, this role involves planning and executing training programs, monitoring performance and personal evaluations, and updating payroll systems to ensure data accuracy. Key responsibilities also include preparing, reviewing, and updating internal policies and procedures, as well as participating in the elaboration of agreements and modifications related to working conditions.
