Our team is seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the delivery of business requirements for group accounting environments in line with USGAAP/IFRS reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the delivery of business requirements for group accounting environments in line with USGAAP/IFRS reporting standards.
- Closely coordinate with Finance, Actuarial, and IT teams to align process changes with the overall business strategy.
- Process and prioritize general requirements with close coordination from Business Unit Teams for local IFRS and Group IFRS reporting.
- Collaborate with the Global IFRS Project Team and Workstreams to ensure successful implementation.
- Assist in interpreting policy work and ensuring process and system changes within the business unit landscape.
- 5+ years of accounting/financial reporting experience preferably in a related industry.
- Familiarity with insurance concepts, including actuarial, accounting, finance, treasury, FP&A, and others.
- Fluency in Spanish and English required.
- Proven experience in delivering transformation projects and knowledge of IFRS 17 accounting.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
