Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to fill the role of Financial Reporting Specialist. This individual will be responsible for accurately processing and recording accounts payable and receivable, as well as performing monthly bank reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.
The successful candidate will have experience with financial reporting software and tools, as well as excellent working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment are also essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Process and record accounts payable and receivable accurately and on time;
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies;
- Manage cash flow of the company;
- Prepare financial reports for senior management;
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure accuracy of financial information;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions;
- Monitor and evaluate investment performance;
Requirements:
- Graduated in accounting or related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial/Administrative Analyst;
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs;
- Strong numeracy skills and ability to manipulate data clearly and accurately;
- Able to organize self and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Comfortable taking ownership of work and identifying areas for improvement;
- Resilient and adaptable style, with ability to remain calm under pressure;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Intermediate English level.
