HR Strategist

**Job Title:** People And Culture Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic People And Culture Analyst to join our team. This professional will be responsible for internal communication, organizational development, recruitment and selection, and other strategic and operational human resources activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Internal Communication Strategies: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
2. Organizational Development Initiatives: Lead and execute organizational development initiatives, including talent development, career path planning, and training programs.
3. Recruitment & Selection Process: Manage the recruitment and selection process, identifying and attracting top talent aligned with company values.
4. HR Policies & Procedures: Support and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance the employee experience.
5. Performance Evaluation Processes: Assist in performance evaluation processes, employee feedback initiatives, and leadership development programs.
6. Internal Events & Workshops: Organize internal events, workshops, and campaigns to foster employee motivation and organizational alignment.
7. Point of Contact: Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR matters and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR.
• Skills: Advanced English (both written and spoken), strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to develop innovative internal communication strategies.
• Software Experience: Experience with HR tools and software is a plus.
