As a strategic leader in human resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience. You will be responsible for welcoming new team members, guiding them through a seamless onboarding process, and serving as a trusted advisor to current employees. Your expertise will ensure a smooth transition for departing team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective hiring processes, including conducting interviews and coordinating job offers.
  • Deliver comprehensive induction sessions to integrate new hires into the organization's culture and policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, handling HR-related requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide support in employee immigration and visa procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage employee exits, including documentation, exit interviews, and system updates.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Windows tools is necessary.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AirTable is desirable.
  • Process mapping knowledge is valuable.

Required Knowledge:

  • Onboarding and offboarding processes are crucial.
  • Business-level English and Spanish are essential.
