
Human Resources Strategist

As a strategic leader in human resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience. You will be responsible for welcoming new team members, guiding them through a seamless onboarding process, and serving as a trusted advisor to current employees. Your expertise will ensure a smooth transition for departing team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective hiring processes, including conducting interviews and coordinating job offers.
- Deliver comprehensive induction sessions to integrate new hires into the organization's culture and policies.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, handling HR-related requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support in employee immigration and visa procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Manage employee exits, including documentation, exit interviews, and system updates.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Proficiency with Windows tools is necessary.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems is beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AirTable is desirable.
- Process mapping knowledge is valuable.
Required Knowledge:
- Onboarding and offboarding processes are crucial.
- Business-level English and Spanish are essential.
