Multivac, a global leader in food industry solutions, seeks a Field Service Technician to maintain bakery equipment.
This professional will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, safety, and production continuity at client sites by providing technical and consultative support.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on bakery equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and suggest improvements for equipment and processes.
- Train operators on preventive maintenance practices.
- Follow service execution schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
- Work in accordance with technical and safety regulations.
- Maintain close and professional relationships with clients.
- Oversee mechanical operations to ensure proper equipment functioning.
- Be available for service calls and travel as per internal scheduling.
- Monitor KPIs and propose actions to optimize service processes.
A Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electronics or related fields is required. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in maintaining bakery equipment or related industries, basic knowledge of baking processes, and strong communication skills.
