Business Consultant - Solution Delivery Leader
We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant to lead the delivery of high-quality solutions on customer engagements. This role requires a broad understanding of business processes, industry best practices, and multiple technology designs within a product/technology family.
About this Role- Implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs, applying Oracle methodology and leading practices.
- Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
- Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time.
- Effectively consult with management of customer organizations, participating in business development activities.
- Ensure operational policies are followed and business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements.
- Responsible for operational metrics and overall business results for area of responsibility.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop skills of team members, typically managing individual contributors.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business consulting and solution delivery leadership.
- Strong understanding of business processes and industry best practices.
- Ability to demonstrate expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead teams and provide coaching and feedback.
