Logistics Operations Manager

Oversee regional supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and minimize cost, and coordinate international trade activities in Brazil.

This on-site role is based in Diadema/SP, Brazil, and reports to the Commercial Operations Leader, LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing Trade Operations team by providing training, fostering collaboration, and participating in strategic meetings with sales and leadership.
  • Manage end-to-end import and export logistics by overseeing supplier performance, optimizing transportation, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and accurate delivery of materials and products.
  • Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities, drive cost savings, and report on International Trade performance through clear, data-driven insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations by applying lean principles, streamlining processes, and staying ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support Brazil Distribution by leading and contributing to local Supply Chain projects, serving as the subject matter expert and point of contact for International Trade topics.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Management, or similar degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of Brazilian International Trade Operations (taxes, regulations, etc.).
  • Proficient in SAP, Radar (RFB) and other trading software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Working proficiency in Spanish.
  • Certification in trade operations, such as Aduaneiras.
