Tasks:
- Contribute to a high-quality pedagogical operation.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, personnel meetings and professional development days.
- Be a clear role model.
- Have good knowledge of the daycare's and department's goals.
- Be responsible for planning and implementing practical tasks.
- Contribute to good cooperation among staff members.
- Be responsible for good cooperation with supervisors.
- Use a Trauma-Based Care approach (TBO) when interacting with children.
- Contribute to building a strong culture in our daycare based on Kristiansand municipality's framework.

- Take care of children's needs through play and care.
- Be active in working with the Environmental Lighthouse and the daycare's goals regarding being an environmentally-friendly daycare.
Qualifications:
- Valid certificate in Barne- og Ungdomsarbeiderfaget.
- Relevant experience can compensate for lack of certificate, with the goal of obtaining certification in Barne- og Ungdomsarbeiderfaget.
- Good Norwegian language skills.
- Good digital skills.
- Good relationship skills.
- Police clearance certificate must be submitted before taking up employment, but should not be attached to the application.
