**Job Title Overview**
A Service Warranty Specialist is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing efficient warranty services and maintenance activities.
The role involves deploying resources to meet customer and business metrics, interfacing with customer service managers on issue escalation, and developing long-range forecasts for region resource needs.
Key responsibilities include field resource deployment planning and execution, managing maintenance facilities and field services engineering, and developing and executing short- and long-range resource plans.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline.
- Using prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers and using this understanding to accomplish own work.
- Working closely with the warranty supervisor and global team to ensure resource coordination and meeting final customer expectations and planning targets.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (engineering, business management, and other similar graduations).
- Advanced English language skills, spoken and written.
- Established project management skills.
- Organized and objective mindset in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Experience working with multifunctional teams.
