We are seeking an experienced Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team.

This role involves recording daily financial transactions, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, and ensuring all transactions are correctly captured.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Record daily financial transactions (revenues, expenses, payments, and collections).
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly captured.
  • Calculate amortizations, accruals, and interests based on established accounting policies.
  • Support the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring all entries are timely and accurate.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients by ensuring all financial data is correctly entered into the accounting systems.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to resolve accounting-related questions or clarifications.
  • Support the preparation of internal and client-facing accounting reports.
  • Ensure general ledgers and books are properly updated and maintained.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
