The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring top talent for mission-critical positions within the pharmaceutical industry. This includes recruiting highly specialized professionals, owning full-cycle execution of niche recruitment projects, and collaborating with global managers to recruit international-reporting professionals.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting professionals for complex roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Executing recruitment projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborating with global managers to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Proven track record of recruiting across seniority ranges.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory.
- Background in pharmaceutical recruitment or related industries is preferred.
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
