"Recruitment and Recruitment Delivery. Job specific responsibilities include: Screening, interviewing and placing workers, as well as keeping up to date on local hiring laws and regulations. Position in family will impact accountabilities such that Associate levels may complete some tasks under guidance and may have responsibility for less complex tasks. As the position moves toward Senior level, incumbents will increasingly:

  • Work on activities with higher impact and/or complexity,
  • Have a broader geographical scope from regional, to divisional and corporate level,
  • Have more regular contact with senior or executive management,
  • Complete tasks independently, without guidance,
  • Support or coordinate peers within department or deliver training to internal customers,
  • Initiate and lead projects, including cross functional projects."

Minimum Requirements to Apply:

  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection;

  • Experience in screening, interviewing, and managing selection processes for multiple levels;

  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work independently;
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills;
  • Fluency in English and in the local language (Portuguese).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Previous experience in regional, divisional, or corporate-level projects;
  • Involvement in recruitment efficiency or continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Experience delivering internal training sessions or leading DE&I or employer branding initiatives;
  • Proven ability to engage with senior or executive-level stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from screening to hiring closure;
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations;
  • Involvement in recruitment efficiency or continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, maintaining quality and deadlines;
  • Act independently in high-impact or complex recruitment activities;
  • Support and guide peers and internal stakeholders on recruitment best practices;
  • Lead and/or support internal projects, including cross-functional initiatives;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business partners to ensure alignment and success in hiring strategies;
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment systems and processes.
