As a Talent Acquisition Expert, you will play a pivotal role in end-to-end recruitment for a major pharmaceutical company.

About the Role

This is a vital link between hiring managers and talent acquisition teams, where you will collaborate with key stakeholders to source mission-critical talent from junior to director levels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to develop strategic workforce planning initiatives
  • Sourcing top talent across various levels, from entry-level positions to senior leadership roles
  • Building strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding new hires. This requires exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
