• Conduct the recruitment and selection processes for positions executives in Brazil and other countries;
• Adopt the best market strategies and act accordingly consultative with the client and the market professionals;
• Carry out the entire R&S process from triagem, mapping of market, interviews and process management with internal clients and candidates;
• Work in collaboration with recruiters to guarantee the best talents for our clients' businesses.
• Develop a schedule for the projects as well as accompany them
• Goals and indicators of quality, assertivity and diversity;
• Guarantee the communication and feedback process for all wrapped not processed.
