Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit professionals by developing a recruitment strategy, sourcing candidates, CV screening, phone screening, face-to-face, and online interviews.
  • Manage the recruitment process through interviews to the offer stage and beyond.
  • Build business information networks to convert into our business portfolio.
  • Search and attract candidates using databases, hunting, and social media.
  • Meet potential new clients (C-levels, directors, and HRs) to present our services, understanding client needs and business opportunities.
  • Manage recruitment processes with clients.

Requirements

  • Advanced English language skills.
  • 6+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Previous experience in headhunting and recruitment.
  • Experience in a 360 role (recruitment and commercial) is beneficial.
  • Strong hunter profile with proven track records.
  • Performance-oriented with financial targets.
  • Ability to self-organize and work autonomously.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills.
