We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to support our full recruitment cycle.
- Sourcing candidates and reviewing their qualifications
- Selecting qualified applicants and conducting thorough interviews
- Assisting managers with scheduling meetings and preparing necessary documentation
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records
- Providing regular progress updates
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
- Research potential candidates using various platforms
- Review, sort, and screen candidate applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct interviews in English, adhering to our recruitment methodology
- Ensure compliance with our recruitment methods throughout all recruitment activities
- Evaluate the proficiency level of ESL (English as a Second Language) candidates
- Support hiring managers with meeting scheduling and organizing recruitment documents
- Create, update, and maintain accurate recruitment-related documentation and records
- Provide regular updates on recruiting progress
- Communicate effectively in both Portuguese and English, both verbally and in writing

- Strong English communication skills are required for this role
- This is an entry-level position, so prior experience with recruitment is not necessary
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in or have completed a degree in Psychology or Human Resources
