We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment process across various locations, developing and implementing effective strategies to attract top talent, and ensuring seamless collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

In addition to your recruitment expertise, you will be expected to possess a deep understanding of our organization's goals, values, and culture, as well as the ability to promote these attributes to potential candidates. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed hiring targets, while also providing exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and external candidates.

As a key member of our global recruitment team, you will work closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent. You will be responsible for managing multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of results.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Managing relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
  • Designing and implementing innovative recruitment marketing campaigns to attract diverse pools of candidates
  • Conducting regular market analysis to identify trends, best practices, and areas for improvement in recruitment processes
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality recruitment services, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with 6+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is also essential.
