  • Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure operational excellence for every step of the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Advanced English language skills are essential for international expansion.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities are necessary for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work autonomously.
