•Bachelor's degree completed
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection;
•Experience in screening, interviewing, and managing selection processes for multiple levels;
•Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills;
•Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work independently;
•Intermediate/advanced Excel skills;
•Fluency in English and in the local language (Portuguese).
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
•Previous experience in regional, divisional, or corporate-level projects;
•Involvement in recruitment efficiency or continuous improvement initiatives;
•Experience delivering internal training sessions or leading DE&I or employer branding initiatives;
•Proven ability to engage with senior or executive-level stakeholders.Job Responsibilities:

•Support and guide peers and internal stakeholders on recruitment best practices;
•Lead and/or support internal projects, including cross-functional initiatives;
•Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business partners to ensure alignment and success in hiring strategies;
