Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic recruitment initiatives, drive business growth, and develop high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies across multiple client groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including HRBPs, to identify talent acquisition opportunities and execute targeted campaigns.
  • Design and implement sourcing methods to continually build and maintain a robust talent pool.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proven expertise in defining sourcing strategies, including proactive sourcing techniques using social media and referral approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to leverage data analytics, develop insights, and provide guidance to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Strong self-motivation, adaptability, agility, and ability to operate autonomously, with a service-oriented mindset.
