About the Role:

  • Responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment solutions delivery to clients across LATAM, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple client accounts, aligning recruitment projects with client expectations and business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, fostering high-performance collaboration.
  • Develop processes and best practices to optimize delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their evolving talent needs and provide strategic insights.
  • Maintain SLAs, identify process enhancements opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation.

About You:

  • A proactive leader with a proven track record of delivering scalable recruitment solutions.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with clients and internal teams, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Adaptable, results-driven and thrives in dynamic multicultural environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities focusing on quality.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, reporting tools and HRIS systems essential.
  • Recruitment process knowledge, best practices and industry standards across LATAM markets required.
